#NewsPortal - Group LaunchHi!
I've started a new project. It's a new group called #NewsPortal.

A large portion of active groups are solely for art collection, however, there aren't as many groups that collect only news - which is what #NewsPortal will be doing.

On top of that, the group also has it's place on other social networking sites on Twitter and Facebook. I hope to expand this out to Tumblr and/or Google+ in the coming weeks.
I'm still setting the group up, but it would be great if you could watch the group or become a member! I've got some neat things planned, so keep an eye out. You will be notified once gallery submissions are open!

Welcome to the second Staff Member interview of deviantART Staff Appreciation Week! As part of my role in dASAW, I had the pleasure of interviewing the fabulous, $codenamepanther. Enjoy!

1. How did you discover deviantART, and what made you stay?
I discovered deviantART back in the day when $Heidi introduced it to me. Essentially, I have known about it since it started, but I didn't join until about 3 years ago. I think the passion of the community and the amazing work I see on a daily basis has made me stay.
2. Tell us the story behind your username and/or prior dA accounts.
This one is actually asked a ton. I don't have a prior account. This is my main account at this time. I have others that are used for testing things, but they are not really that exciting. $codenamepanther was kind of made up out of now

Project Educate: Artistic Nude + Fetish RecapThis journal contains mature content. For ease of access we've started to put all of the previous Project Educate articles into the relevant folders within our gallery. This means that if you want to read up on a certain topic that has been covered during Project Educate, you can head over and find it really quickly. Within People & Portraits there are several sub-categories that are managed by specific Community Volunteers, one of these is Artistic Nude. You should direct all of your Artistic Nude Photography suggestions towards ^Nyx-Valentine rather than a general photography CV such as myself or ^3wyl Additionally, ^Nyx-Valentine covers the Fetish Photography Galleries, so again, direct your suggestions to her.
